But the local judge did not want to spoil the relationship with the noble kefir tycoon and asked the girl to forgive him. She forgave, but in exchange for 4, 5 kg of dried kefir mushrooms.
What kefir is useful?
To make the kefir diet successful, you need to use 1% kefir (40 kcal per 100 g). Its properties are the same as those of 2, 5% (55 kcal per 100 g), and the content of fat and calories are less, which, of course, is only in our favor.

- 100 g raisins;
